Bring your own mat to class day!!!
Everyone LOVE to exercise using whatever they can get their hands on. So let’s grab that mat and burn some calories.
This Saturday (Feb 3rd, 9:00 – 10:00am) is going to be our famous Bring Your Mat to Class Day! Bring a mat, some water and lots of energy. Every muscle gets used from your toes to your brain.
We incorporate exercises that work your balance, co-ordination, strength and endurance. Not to mention the great cardio workout it is as well.
All exercises can be modified to your fitness experience or limitation due to injury. (Please come in a bit early to talk to me about how we can modify though).
