It’s food drive time again
This Saturday (Nov 30th) will be our annual Food Drive TnT Fitness Boot Camp class. Come on by with a friend or loved one for a great time getting fit.
The cost for this great class is only a non-perishable food item. The class is at its usual time of 10:30am and is at the St.Matthews Church on (126) Plains road in Burlington. Just go to the back of the church and you’ll see my car there, by the far end doors.
All you need to bring is some water, a towel and lots of energy. Every class is based on time, not reps. So, it’s good for any fitness level. All exercises can be modified if need be.
Remember to download the TnT Boot Camp manual before coming, if it’s your first time. There’s a consent form as well as; what to eat before and after a great workout.
